This course is designed to meet the requirements of 49 CFR Part 382.603 with regard to the training of supervisory and management personnel who oversee and interface with CDL licensed drivers.  The course covers the various aspects of the drug and alcohol testing regulations and prohibited activities, as well as the specific characteristics and effects of the various controlled substances included in a DOT 5-panel drug screen and the breath alcohol test.  The documentation provided by the LMS after this training is completed will satisfy the recordkeeping requirements in a DOT audit.
